Unidentified flag

The Whitehouse in Leighton Buzzard, Central Bedfordshire was flying an unidentified flag yesterday. Previously, they flew the union jack and even before that they were flying the Bedfordshire flag.

The new flag they are flying is the top half of a union jack in the top two thirds, the bottom third is a white strip with some text, I'm not sure what it said though. I will try to get a picture of it in the next week.
